Notes

The fine print, plainly.

  • —You're billed per endpoint, not per person. An endpoint is a machine running the agent. Console seats — the people who chat, run scripts, and browse knowledge — are unlimited and free. The minimum is 10 endpoints.
  • —The operator is included. A capable model runs your day-to-day chat at the flat rate, with no metering. When the system itself reaches for a more powerful model to finish a hard task, that's on us — not your meter. You're only metered for a frontier model you choose to run yourself.
  • —Frontier models are passed through at cost + 15%. The fee covers retries, card processing, and provider price moves — it isn't margin. You buy prepaid credits and draw them down as you go, so there's never a surprise invoice. When a provider drops its prices, that drop reaches you automatically.
  • —MCP is free. Connect Aorka to your own Claude or AI subscription and that cost stays on your bill, not ours.
  • —Monthly billing, no commitments. Cancel any time. No annual lock-in.
  • —Early pricing. We'll grandfather early customers as this settles. If the shape doesn't quite fit yours, tell us — we'd rather know than guess.
